By using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions and you agree to our Privacy Policy. Dawn Noonan may amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Users outside of Australia, must ensure compliance with their local laws when accessing and using the website.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All prices on the Site are in United States Dollars. You may purchase products or services from dawnnoonan.com either as a one-time payment or through recurring payments. By providing your information, you authorise us to charge your credit card, debit card, or other payment methods for the amount due for your purchase. For recurring payments, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring billing cycle for the specified service or product.
All payments are final unless otherwise specified. Once a service has been provided (such as a coaching session or a live event), no refunds will be granted unless required by law. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment information provided. If a chargeback or dispute occurs, you may be held liable for the amount of the disputed charge, along with any additional administrative fees or legal costs.
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge until 24 hours prior to the start time. Appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start time incur a real cost and are therefore forfeited by the client. We recommend purchasing and completing a single session of a service before purchasing any package of multiple sessions of the same service. Under Australian Consumer Law, a refund is not provided if you simply change your mind.
